We love to satisfy the requests of our guests but not being a restaurant, nor a hotel, we proceed with right supplies to avoid waste and guarantee quality and a good food selection.

The management declines any responsibility for acts, reckless conduct or failure to supervise children in the residence and in or around the swimming pool.

Our goal is to offer you a place that makes you feel like you were at home, even if you are on holiday. However, to share this pleasure, we kindly ask you to maintain decorum, respect and good behavior towards yourself, the staff and other guests.

The village of Cocumola is not sufficiently equipped with infrastructure and the “pietra leccese” ( local limestone), of which Casa Pasca is built, does not allow easy signal transmission to our historic home placed in the heart of the Mediterranean countryside.

Even if we aim at high standards, we are a B&B structure and, differently from Hotels, we do not provide daily cleaning of your rooms. On Monday, Wednesday and Friday our staff works to sanitize the rooms and change the towels. Upon request and according to the anti-covid provisions, you can request early or late change of towels or you can deny the access to the staff.
